Mary Cranny-Paul is Executive Director of Medical Career Paths, and has over 25 years experience in critical care nursing, executive recruitment, and physician recruitment. She has served as in-house recruiter for a community hospital as well as consultant to hospitals and medical groups. Ms. Cranny-Paul’s clinical background coupled with years of recruiting experience makes her uniquely qualified to communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare administrators. Through the years, Medical Career Paths has forged relationships with a select few other recruitment firms across the country which greatly increases the number of physician opportunities we have to present to our candidates. Additionally, these relationships also allow us to have a much bigger candidate pool for our clients. We screen physician candidates carefully, and assisting them by selecting the most appropriate practice opportunities in their field of specialty. We can also advise clients as to the most up to date trends in salary and benefit packages, as well as assisting clients through the process with our candidates, from initial contact to date the physician begins his/her new practice. We also realize that each client is unique, as is each physician candidate, and we aim to be both flexible and response to their needs. Medical Career Paths is committed to assisting healthcare systems, hospitals, and medical groups with their searches for well trained and qualified physicians in all specialty areas. We do this without regard to race, religion, creed, age, sex, height, weight, marital status, disability unrelated to an individual’s ability to perform adequately, national origin, citizenship, ancestry, or any other characteristics protected by law. Some physicians may be limited in which positions they can consider due to restrictions on the visa status that they hold, and we advise them to follow the US Department of Immigration policies that apply. Please feel free to contact Medical Career Paths at any time, for assistance or information. |
